The main business of the Vatsalya Group of Companies is to purchase barren lands (agricultural or non-agricultural), develop the lands, clear the hurdles do all the leveling work, construct roads, drainage and divide the land in different sizes of plots as per government rules and regulations and finally sell these plots to the needy people in installments as per the convenience and requirement of the individuals. The group of companies started with reputation of clear and transparent deals with a team of just 10 persons and with a turnover of INR 10,000,00 (Rupees Ten Lacks Only) per month. The honesty reaped rich dividends in returns with their team increasing from 10 persons to about 300 full time marketing personnel working under a well defined hierarchy. The turnover of the group has gone up to INR 8,00,000 (Rupees Eight Crores Only) per month in the recent past.

The Vatsalya Group of Companies have invested in land of about 700 acres, all on Wardha Road and has already sold close to 90% of the plots during the current financial year. Turnover of the group of companies is slated to be about INR 50 Crores. The company intends to declare net profit of INR 6.50 Crores and has accordingly paid Advance Tax for the future projected net profit. The company has plans to develop residential township over 100 acres of land in forthcoming financial year (2007-2008).
