Prafulla Purushottomrao Gadge(CMD,Vatsalya Realities)

Born on 1st June 1962, Mr. Prafulla Pururshottamrao Gadge started his own venture of News Distribution Business at a very young age of 18 years. Carrying out a business successfully and maintaining transparency in commercial / non-commercial terms had been and are his generic traits. He completed his graduation in Commerce in 1982. His second venture came up as Non-Banking Financial Company in 1990.

Over the next few years he accumulated vast experience in terms of market trends, business strategies and huge goodwill.

Armed with all these pros and looking to the inclination of people towards investment in real estate, he started his own company in 1999 as Vatsalya Developers and Builders Pvt. Ltd. Starting from a very small capital and global vision he ventured with his company into the real estate market and started to sell plots to needy people on interest free installments. This concept was taken up popularly by the masses and he along with his company started to make excellent profits out of the business. While still running this company successfully, he chanced upon a meeting with Mr. Yogesh Baburaoji Kaikade and after a few short meeting, both decided to start up another company called Vastu Vihar Developers Private Limited in 2004. Such war their enthusiasm and dedication to succeed in the business that they revolutionized the real estate business in whole of the Vidharbha Region by selling more than 14,000 plots in a very short span of about 3 years. Today the company enjoys the status among one of the best performers in the real estate companies in whole of the region.
