Term & Conditions

• The cost according to the size of plot decided by the company + administrative charges of Rs. 100/- Shall have to pay at the time of the booking of the plot.

• The agreement will be made at the present cost of the plot.

• Every member shall have to pay each installment to the 15th day of every month. 

• The marketing member is not authorized for making any cash transactions with the customers. 

• According to the size of plot in the scheme, the amount of advance and monthly installment shall be paid as per company rules. 

• In case of delay in paying installment late charges of Rs 100/- as per month and plot will have to pay. 

• The collection charges of Rs. 125 will have to pay for each cheque outside Nagpur city.

• Plot owner will be supposed as defaulter if the installments have not been paid upto three months. The plot will be cancelled and will be given to other member. No complaint will be mode & the amount of deposit should not be returned.

• If the plot owner desires, he may transfer his agreement of plot to the another person. The plot owner will be responsible to search the customer. In such circumstances the plot owner will have to pay 15 % of the charges on the whole price of the plot to the company. 

• The facility of the transfer of the plot will be provided in the circumstances of regular installments.

• On being less or more size of he plot the plot owner has to pay excess amount at the time of the registration of the plot. In circumstances of future charges is Govt. rules and laws, the plot owner will be responsible. 

• If plot owner desires he may purchase it in partnership. In such circumstances, the correspondence will be made with party No. 1. There is the facility to authorize the descendant of the plot. 

• If the address of the plot owner is charged, it is necessary to intimate the office of the company. 

• The correspondence made with the office of the company will be supposed as authentic. Company will not be responsible for any other correspondence. In circumstances of dispute the decision or company will be final and it will be solved in Nagpur court. 

• Authentic receipt will be given through Head Office. Company will not be responsible for the receipt given by any marketing member or other person. 

• Every plot owner himself has to get information of the installments of his plot by coming in the office. 
  The plot owner will have to pay the charges of Registry.

• Development charges will be separate. 

• The plot owner will have to pay the charges of making. The plot Non-agriculture. The charges will be paid at the rate as Rs. 4 /- per Sq.ft. with in 30 days from the date of demand, otherwise the ownership of your plot will be cancelled. 

• If the cheque comes back will any reason, the belong will be cancelled. 

• The right o passing or rejecting of your application are recurred to company. 

• All the above terms and conditions have read by me/us and I/we are agree with them.
